Adapting business processes, alongside technical change, is usually a key requirement when delivering new features and capabilities to your customers (whether internal or external) and this is often not given the focus that is required for success. As a highly capable stakeholder manager who understands the difficulties that technical and process changes can bring, I can help you get ahead of the game and ensure your end-users are engaged and supportive of your initiatives.

As a certified Train the Trainer and experienced training facilitator, I can support your teams and customers through the Change Journey, designing bespoke training courses or delivering your own in-house training material. 

I have helped teams understand and adapt to Scrum when implementing Agile working methods to new business areas, from developers and support teams to senior management and up to Board level. Buy-in from these stakeholders is vital for Agile working practices to be effective.

Perhaps you are looking to develop your own Project Managers and your internal project delivery capability. As well as formal training, I have extensive experience Coaching and Mentoring more junior Project Managers as part of their ongoing personal development. 

I am also a qualified Social Styles trainer, if this personal development model is one your organisation is keen to adopt.
